It is now possible for parents to make online payments to the school for amounts owing for
students, via a secure payment page hosted by Westpac. Payments can be made using either Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card. Click on the make a payment button to enter the secure Westpac payment page. Items that can be paid include voluntary school contributions, subject contributions, excursions, sales to students and creative and practical arts activities (these include band, drama and dance). There is also a category called Other this to cover items not covered in the previous headings, Other can be used to make a complete payment of a school invoice. When you access the secure online payment page you must enter: the student's name and date of birth OR the student's name and class and reference number (found on the invoice). These details are entered each time you make a payment as student information is not held within the payment system. This is a secure payment system hosted by Westpac to ensure that your credit/debit card details are captured in a secure manner, these details are not passed back to the school. Under payment options, you enter the activity or item for which you are paying. Write a title in the Payment Description that will enable the School Staff to match your payment with the school activity or item. You have the ability to check and change any details of the payment before the payment is processed. Receipts can be emailed and/or printed. Details of the payments are passed daily to the school where they will be receipted against your child’s account. As a receipt has been issued from the payment page a further receipt will not be issued by the school. P&C Voluntary Contribution Appeal Each year our P&C asks all families to make a voluntary contribution to support our children's education. In 2017 we have kept the suggested donation amount the same as for 2016. For families with one child at SGPS we request $110 For families with two or more children at SGPS we request $160 If you are able to make a larger donation we would value your contribution. To make your SGPS P&C Voluntary Contribution either: 1. Make an E.F.T to the following P&C bank account Bank: Westpac Bank account name: SGPS P&C BSB: 032 164 Account Number: 385804 2.
